Ain’t this bracelet pretty? And yes, there are Filipino staff and even thai staff are very welcoming! You can see the process of making their jewelry. I went to 4 different suggested jewelry shops and by far they sell authentic and cheapest items! You get tax refund for certain amount. So just ask.
